Conditions and agreements

A service point works according to clear service and brand-use agreements.

Work according to KR service standards.
Provide clear customer support for the agreed POS systems, POS software and payment solutions.
Use the name KR Kassasystemen and the KR logo only with KR's permission and according to the agreed arrangements.
Publish and maintain current opening hours and contact details.
Record the cooperation, responsibilities and service quality in writing in advance.

The final conditions and agreements are recorded in the cooperation agreement.
